How may I see the space?

We’re happy to walk you around our studios and explore the possibilities for your event and/or production. Email venues@freshwata.com to schedule an in-person or virtual tour. Weekends and after hours are strictly by appointment only.

What is the ‘as-is’ condition?

The ‘as-is’ condition of Fresh Wata studios refers to the current design; furniture pieces; and pre-set placement of furnishing included. The ‘as-is’ condition is subject to change and management’s discretion. To view the most recent ‘as-is’ condition please schedule a visit and/or request images by emailing venues@freshwata.com. Modifications to the ‘as-is’ condition may be requested and are subject to an additional charge.

What is the total capacity?

The indoor capacity is 400-450, but that is largely influenced by the event layout. We have the ability to buildout event spaces outdoors and triple the overall capacity.

What are the event rental rates and options?

Rates vary by event type and length. There are options to rent the space for a half day (up to 4 hours) and a full day (up to 8 hours). Please inquire directly to get rates for your event and/or production.

What features and amenities are included with the studio rental?

200 dark grey gunner chairs; customizable 24’ Impact Wall; eight (8) stylish lounge groupings, ten (10) themed spaces; beverage service counters; shuffleboard table; as-is A/V equipment including one wireless, hand-held microphone; two (2) Smart TVs; Wi-Fi connectivity; 8’ x 10’ dry-erase wall; and exclusivity—there is only one event/booking in the space at a time.

What are the hours and days that the studios can be booked?

Any! Neither the day nor the time of day influence the booking rate, holidays and peak seasons excluded.

Can Fresh Wata Studios accommodate weddings?

Yes! We can accommodate intimate ceremonies and receptions for up to 300 guests depending on the event layout and spaces utilized. We do not have preset packages for weddings. Each ceremony and/or reception is unique to each vision. As there are many aspects to consider when planning a wedding, our team works with your to help make sure all details are considered.

Is there a separate rental rate for photo and film shoots?

Yes! Please put your production shoot’s information down into our inquiry form and we’ll get a quote back to you within 48 hours.

Do I have the ability to switch out some of the lounges and furniture in the studios?

Yes! We have a massive rental inventory onsite via Thirsty4FWR.com. Please email venues@freshwata.com to share more of your vision for the event and/or production and to product availability and pricing.

Are there dressrooms or green rooms?

There are several options to create changing space and private areas for your event and/or production.

Is there a separate rental rate for small meetings, seminars, workshops or conferences?

Yes! Please put your production shoot’s information down into our inquiry form and we’ll get a quote back to you within 48 hours.

How many restrooms are available?

We have up to 5 unisex stalls available indoors.

Can Fresh Wata Studios accommodate live-music events?

Yes! We can accommodate intimate performances for up to 400 guests depending on the event layout and spaces utilized. Each music event and/or concert show is unique to each vision. As there are many aspects to consider when planning a live performance event, our team works with you to help make sure all details are considered.

Are children allowed in the studios?

Yes! Under adult supervision, children of all ages are welcome into the space. Age restrictions may apply for certain events.

Is there valet?

Valet parking may be worthwhile for certain events. This is an additional service that we are happy to coordinate and manage.

How many parking spots are available?

Onsite may accommodate up to 30 vehicles. Street parking in available (complimentary).

Is there security?

Event security may be required for certain events. This is an additional service that we are happy to coordinate and manage.

What is the cleaning fee?

Rates are all inclusive of cleaning costs.

Can we bring outside food?

Food and beverage is exclusively managed by Fresh Wata.

Is there a food and beverage minimum?

Not at all! We have the flexibility to tailor each event’s menu and catering services to specific needs, preferences and budgets. From live-chef stations to plated dinners or tray-passed hors d’oeuvres to buffet-style service, we manage all food and beverage needs.

Can items be shipped in advance?

Yes! We can receive packages and deliveries during business hours: Monday – Friday 9:00a – 5:00p. Anytime outside of those hours must be arranged with our Venue Manager.

Is there a place to store items for the event overnight?

Yes! Depending on the items, we can arrange to store/stage items for a brief period before storage fees incur.

Is there a loading dock?

Yes! The docks are accessible to vendors but all deliveries and pickups must be scheduled in advance with the Venue Manager.

Are other vendors allowed in the space?

Yes! You may work with any licensed and insured vendor and/or event supplier (excluding food and beverage caterers) for your event. A certificate of insurance is required or all events and vendors entering the space.

Are there audio/visual capabilities in the studios?

Plenty! There are seven (7) projectors throughout the space, a multi-zoned audio system with plug and play opportunities, mounted 80” Smart TV, 40” Smart TV all of which may be utilized during your event and/or production. Tech and design support may be required for certain capabilities. This is an additional service that we are happy to coordinate and manage.

Is there Wi-Fi connectivity?

Absolutely! There is a dedicated high-speed network available for all indoor events.

Are pets allowed?

Not quite. Pets are not allowed in indoor studio spaces. Pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed in outdoor spaces. In cases when individual(s) with a disability uses a service animal or an emotional support animal, a reasonable accommodation may include waiving a no-pet rule and an additional cleaning charge.

May I view studio dimensions and capacities for various setups outside of the ‘as-is’ condition?

Yes! Please email venues@freshwata.com with your space planning inquiry to receive a more detailed deck with exact dimensions with existing furnishings and/or bare event space.
